Environmental Management System

Adhering to green development concepts, establishing a comprehensive environmental management system, committed to reducing environmental impact and promoting sustainable packaging development.

Overview of Environmental Protection Development - SDGs

We are committed to building a sustainable society. Demonstrating this stance is becoming increasingly important.

  • What are the SDGs?

SDGs is an abbreviation for "Sustainable Development Goals". It serves as a successor to the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) established in 2001.

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are international objectives outlined in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted at the United Nations Summit in September 2015, with the aim of achieving a more sustainable and better world by 2030.

  • Target content

It encompasses 17 primary objectives, spanning across various domains including poverty eradication and hunger alleviation, education, gender equality, decent work, production and consumption, as well as ecosystem conservation.

With 169 specific goals, there is a commitment to "leave no one behind." These goals are universal and apply not only to developing countries but also to developed countries. China is actively working towards achieving these goals.

Achievements in environmental protection and development
  • 2024 - Introduction of bio-ink technology

After conducting extensive research in both domestic and foreign markets, our company believes that the ink products, which meet the "biocomponent content of over 10%" criterion established by the Japan Organic Resource Association for biotrademark recognition, align closely with our philosophy of promoting environmentally friendly products.

This ink is produced using raw materials extracted from plants, and does not require the printing factory to make special changes to its specifications

It can achieve the effect of reducing carbon dioxide emissions and lowering environmental load

When used in conjunction with various biological materials (such as films and glues), it can further reduce carbon dioxide emissions

  • International cooperation and technology introduction

Our company immediately engaged in cooperation negotiations with Japanese enterprises possessing such technology products at the production technology level. After discussions, the Japanese side also highly recognized our environmental protection concept and reached a cooperation intention with our company to promote relevant environmental protection product materials and production technology within China.

  • 2025 - Officially put into production and application

At the beginning of 2025, our company officially began to procure core raw materials produced in Japan for use in China. We partnered with a top-tier large-scale ink manufacturer in the domestic ink industry and used the same ink production technology as in Japan to produce bio-extracted ink. Currently, this ink has been used for printing on all packaging bags exported by our company for food products to Japan.

What is biomass?

Biomass is renewable organic matter derived from plants and animals. Simply put, it refers to all organic compounds produced by living organisms that can be recycled and regenerated.

Core characteristics: "renewable" and "carbon neutral"
  • Waste category

    Livestock and poultry excreta

    Food waste

Waste materials from wood processing factories

  • unutilized

    Non-edible parts of agricultural products

Remaining materials in the forest land

  • energy crops

    Carbohydrate resources

    Starch-based resources

    Oil and fat resources

Characteristics of biomass

Biomass is a carbon-neutral resource that can inhibit the increase of greenhouse gas (CO₂). Even if biomass is burned, the carbon dioxide in the atmosphere will not increase.

Carbon dioxide emission and utilization

By utilizing biomass materials, we can effectively reduce carbon dioxide emissions and achieve sustainable development in the carbon cycle

  • Plants absorb CO₂

Plants absorb carbon dioxide from the atmosphere through photosynthesis and convert it into biomass

  • Biomass utilization

Process plant biomass into environmentally friendly packaging materials to replace traditional petrochemical products

  • Carbon emission reduction

Using biomass materials significantly reduces carbon emissions during the production process

Description of the main components of ink
